It's funny that when I sell a site (not often) that it's generally 6-12 month earnings offers and everyone wants every statistic.

Yet I've sold $8 .com domains with no sites for the last 13 years with no earnings to show for 1-10k based strictly on potential and nobody ever asks for domain traffic stats.

hehe, nice! Yep, you bring up a valid point. There will always be exceptions.

Although very true.... selling an established site these days... once you say it's established... it's kind of like the burden of proof is on you. It can be daunting.
