Ruths Chris

Finally got around to having dinner there..... damn fine place... you like steaks, be a great place to go..... :thumbsup

CaptainHowdy 06-28-2015 07:09 AM

Love Paxum too ??

Rochard 06-28-2015 07:09 AM

I've been on a diet for the past year. Eating steak like that.... Is a dream.

I had to take my daughter to McDonald's yesterday; I haven't had McDonald's in well over a year. I might be possible I was ready to murder someone for one of those burgers in the picture.

and as a content producer I would be using paxum for.....................?????

suesheboy 06-28-2015 08:38 AM

Guaranteed very good meal whichever one you go to. Meat and sides are always very good to great.

Well worth the extra few bucks when you are not sure where to go in a new city.

Mark-G 06-28-2015 08:49 AM

It's alright, but a bit overpriced - at least in SF

If you're on a diet there is nothing wrong with steak.

What kind of diet doesn't allow steak? It's full of protein and the fat isn't that bad for you.

SekobA 06-28-2015 11:23 AM

nice snack at peaceful place for the weekend nothing better

I am guessing the average steak has about 900 calories. Pass.

dietary fat does not equate body fat... for fuck sakes stop torturing yourself...

it's SUGARS!!! ;)

VikingMan 06-29-2015 06:26 AM

Any diet that does not allow you to eat steak is ghey as fuck. You should eat a nice steak at least once a week.

Mannys in Minneapolis is where I go. MANNY'S STEAK HOUSE : Life is good at the top of the food chain

Been to a few Mortons, never a Ruths Chris.

Mannys has a 85 day aged Rib Eye. Heaven!

“We begin with our most thoroughly marbled cut, then age it nearly three months in a light, temperature and humidity-controlled environment,” says GM Dave Wilson. The 85-Day Aged Bone-In Ribeye isn’t for everyone. “The flavor’s too deep, the minerality too intense, but if you have the palate, get ready for the best steak of your life. This baby cures impotence, triples your lasting power and guarantees you win every bar brawl.”

CamTraffic 06-29-2015 07:53 AM

Meh, I give Ruth a 6/10. Been to 7 different locations and it's OK.
Average quality when it comes to the Steaks.
Decoration and Service are always great though.

romeo22 06-29-2015 09:39 AM

Great place to chill out

Mortons is about 15% more expensive than RC and not as good IMO. I used to love Mortons and would go once a month until I tried RC right across the street from it. Haven't been back to Mortons since.

If you want the BEST steak, try Mastros. Not sure if there is one close to you but if there is, you need to go. My fav steak place in the states.

Personally, I like RC's more than Morton's. Rare ribeye steak = the only way to have steak. Side of mushrooms and spinach. DONE! :thumbsup
