i have a feeling this is too good to be true, why would anyone in there right mind sell a site making 1k a day, if it is really 1k a day, you would be throwing away over a quarter of a million dollars

i dont find any ads on site why is that ?

also how many complaints you get per day or per week for content removal ?

My earning are from pops mainly. Banner pays very low. Now we have reduced the pops and our visits are increased to 2000k daily.

So why do you sale it. 1K daily is a golden chicken

It's an interesting sale actually. I think it is getting around 100k a month. It's a big site organically and ranks well for a lot of high volume keywords - but they have an Indian signature eg indian aunties. The "brand" (sex agar) or sex ocean gets some 6,600 searches a month. I'm sure the claim of 2000k a month is a typo; the original claim was 600k a month.

It's only been online for a few months though but if anyone has the money I'd still take up the offer of a peek at the Analytics and Webmaster accounts and via teamviewer as well.

Another thing that worries me is that the seller doesn't seem to have a [email protected] address so (s)he could be a web developer and not the owner - got burnt like that myself once.

Maybe exoclick can step forward?

site does pull serious amount of traffic. he added me to analytics and stats are promising.

i dont have that much cash so i cant buy , but iahve forwarded this thread to people who can .
