at 50 seconds you can clearly see the front viewport frame still on the vehicle.

however, that piece of debris was recovered.

I suppose somebody's going to tell me that shuttle was their own design. Just coincidence that it looked exactly like ours.

It looks really good but I think it's fake. Didn't they say something about the decal is on the wrong side and design.

One slight problem with this theory. The Columbia disaster happened as the shuttle reentered earth's atmosphere. It was no longer 'in orbit' at the time.

Plus, even if would have been in orbit, at those low altitudes the orbit would have decayed over time, causing all those CGI pieces shown in the video to re-enter the atmosphere and mostly burn up (as happened to Skylab).
