Just a heads up, there's a new site: preezhilton.biz replicating other sites to a tee using the site's bandwidth.

example:

h2porn.preezhilton.biz

They've done the same thing to my site, anyone know how to block them?

Sometimes but its not easy. There are a few different tools online that you can use to find duplicated content but once you do, the only think you can do is DMCA the guy and if this fails, go after the hosts.
