FINALLY! The powers that be have allowed me to get my hands on Customs4u.com | Custom Video Clips - Download your Fantasy and start changing and upgrading it! Exciting times!

So I know what my wishlist is, but for those of you who either use it as a performer or affiliate, what would YOU like to see changed?

What features do you love and would be totally bummed if we got rid of it? What features do you absolutely hate? What doesn't exist but you'd think would add that oomph to the site?

The 2 things that are confirmed as upcoming are a brand new affiliate program and widgets that can be integrated into your site where ever you wish. This will be for both performers and affiliates.

Looking forward to your feedback to make awesome product even more awesome. ;-)

It is helluva slow when you click on 'Videos' or do some filters there. You should optimize your queries.

Looks good

1. Seems slow

2. I have no idea what the site is. I presumed it was a webcam site.

3. I would suggest showing a few secs of the start of the vid for free.

4. The domain name is not great as its confusing. CustomVids.com or somthing like that would make more sense.

5. It says something about you are accessing the site from the UK, and I need to verify my age. This is going to put people off.

6. The cost of vids seems high.

Not sure if that's the best domain name, when I it in the thread title I immediately associated it with something to do with customs in the sense of dealing with paperwork for clearing packages through customs - and i've been working in porn for like 12 or 13 years now.

Always wonder does this site do well? Ive been curious to try it.
ive read from the custom videos sale count on models pages is fake ie inflated to show more sales.

The main issue is that it is not clear what the site is about. My first impression was that you can download your fantasy aka search your niche by this and this model and download it. Nowhere on the first page it is clear that you can actually have a custom video made.

You seem to offer both options but the marketing of it is poorly done sinc eneither of it is clear. What is your main goal, sell custom videos OR sell videos. etc etc

Yea, I know it is. This is one reason the site is now being redone. It drives me up the wall, and drives potential customers away.

Thanks for the feedback. For #5, that was their answer to ATVOD, but hopefully that'll be neatly solved in the near future.

And #6 is tough since we let them set their own prices. But, after the lessons learned with the last clip store I worked on, I have a few ideas that might work.

Never thought of it that way, but good to know that's how it came across.

It does ok for itself, with how it was created. Fans do regularly buy custom videos from their favorite models, the biggest sale I've seen is pushing the $2k mark. The clips (videos) was created simply because the girls wanted to resell the custom videos they created, and upload vids they were putting on other clip stores.

There's obviously room for improvement.
