Trump is polling in first place

I told you!

In a Huffington Post poll Trumpster came in first with 13.6%, which TRUMPS Bush's 13.3%. The lead will only get larger from here.

Interesting question.

I assume Trump is a smart business man and takes proper care to maximize and protect his income. Would be interesting to see.

Is it a requirement, or something most candidates do to ensure they aren't hiding anything.

LOL. Imagine the interesting donors he might have.

Actually, most of the moderates from both parties have moved to the center leaving mostly the far left and far right to run their parties. If you want to win the primaries you have to service those voters.

JuicyBunny 07-03-2015 08:02 PM

GOOD!!!! Maybe Americans have finally grown a spine.

I would love to see Trump and Jeb in a debate. Trump will destroy Bush as indicated in the past weeks that Bush is dumber than his brother.

This has been a ground swell from the "dreamer" cunt waving the mexican flag at graduation a couple of weeks back while having gone to university on the taxpayers dime.

Fuck her and fuck illegal immigrants laying down the law...

I have spoken. :upsidedow

People talk about Trump's bankruptcies... Here's news for ya, US is 18$ trillion in debt and only stays out of bankruptcy court cause they are able to keep blackmailing loans...:1orglaugh
Who paid for the bank bailouts? We did.

Trump is a true Republican superstar and the epitome of the parties values. I hope he takes the republican ticket.

It will be true comedy.

Lots of disaffected voters out there nowadays. Additionally, the thought of another Clinton versus Bush general election doesn't sit too well with very many people either.

It'll never happen, but a Sanders versus Trump election would sure be interesting.

He has no donors. He wont accept money from anyone. He can't be bought. Thats one of the appealing things about him.

Has he said this? I think this is mostly an assumption people are making. The democrats will raise somewhere between $800 million and $1 billion for the campaign. Somehow I don't think Donald will want to spend that kind of cash from his own pocket.

It is true that money may not motivate him and that getting a donation from someone or a promise of a high paying gig after he is office will not have any affect on him, but I have a feeling if he gets the republican nomination he will be doing plenty of fundraisers.

It is seriously the ONLY thing that *might* make politicians realise just what a bunch of cunts all of them are (and I have to assume your 2 party system is just as fucked over there as ours is over here in the UK), and how pissed off people are with them.

But if Trump wins the election...I'll expatriate permanently.

Well, candidates running for president are not legally obligated to release their taxes, there is a long tradition of doing so, in addition to public financial disclosure laws candidates must follow.

It might actually be helpful to make true change in American politics!

Yes... That's one of the first things he said when he announced. He disclosed that he has 9 billion in assets also.

It's not very likely that he is doing this for fame... He is already famous. Everyone knows who he is.

It's also unlikely he is doing it for money, I don't think I could spend 9 billion in my lifetime :)

He's doing it because our country is not great like it used to be. He's losing money left And right because business partners don't like what he has to say. I assume because they are to politically correct.

NBC dropped his miss America pageant, macys and some others have dropped him as well.

Reasonably thinking people who are up to date with current events should know this... Or at least be able to assume this based on the info thats out there.

Come on guys... This is our country, it is a responsibility of ours as a citizen to be in the know.

Lol, you're awfully sure of yourself pal.

Considering I already spend most of the year abroad, it wouldn't be a stretch for me. And honestly, I've been planning to turn in the U.S passport for tax reasons anyhow (dual citizen). Trump winning would just confirm that to be a wise decision.

But anyhow, you know "rabble" means a 'disorderly mob'? :1orglaugh

sorry but i struggle to find anything he does altruistic. Not with him hanging his name on everything he can think of. Not with him riding down a gilded escalator to open his campaign. Hardly the acts of a selfless man. or maybe, thats as selfless as he can get.

I guess we will see if he stands by that. Personally, I don't think it will matter because I don't think he will get the republican nomination. The polls today are looking good for him, but I don't know that he has the connection with the evangelicals and the far right that he will need to get the nomination. They do share similar immigration ideals, so he could get some of those voters with that, but early on he will be facing off against guys like Huckabee and Santorum who the far right loves.

To me a lot of it will depend on how well he does in the early GOP debates. If he just shouts out sound bites and others have actual plans it will hurt him.

I think right now a lot of people think he is a breath of fresh air in politics so they like him. He's the new hot girl at school. In six months we will see if people still like him or if he has worn out his welcome.

Nah, you just need something to blame for your failures (having to expatriate for lower taxes etc). It is very common psychological issue amongst expatriates - find some reason to justify leaving.

It wasn't a Huff poll, it was data put together by Huff where they average out the results of 105 different polls.

You're not making a lot of sense here.

If my tax obligations have become significant enough to warrant renouncing...I must be doing pretty well (and I am).

There's a gazillion other reasons why I prefer living abroad. Culture, women, cuisine, etc..

But if you're happy in 'Murica, good for you. Why are you hating on me?

Just came back from a 6-month stay in Thailand...It was a blast.:winkwink:

I'll be heading down to Colombia for my next trip.

*Yawn* about the whole "you couldn't make it in America" argument. There's a big world out there, pal. And the U.S is pretty lame in comparison. But how would you know if you've never left it?

You take this for granted. You dont deserve it
Youre typical delusional expat shit that will live like a slob in a foreign country and whine about the USA. Just revoke your citizenship already. Trump has nothing to do with it.
