It's probably SMS/phone call billing. You know those "No Credit Card? Pay By Phone" links on the biller page. :)

Laws vary a lot by country, in some of them the phone billers can only charge a dollar.

They use GXBill as I can see, which doesn't list its rates in the public. But here's a list from another biller, just so you can get an idea. Site income on phone billing joins should be similar to this.

they sent out an email. prepaid card and gift card sales are under revshare not pps

In spite of all the hype -- mobile is a spiral down for us. Smaller volume sales ... One desktop customer is worth over 3 mobile customers in terms of spend value. This is particular to cam porn.

I just noticed that I've also had a few of these sales in the past month at NastyDollars (including 2 signups today for a total of $1.00 and all came from a "BlackGFs Mobile Tour 5" - thankfully I found this thread because I had no idea what the hell was going on because I thought NastyDollars only did $25/35 PPS.

What's everyone's rebills looking like for these? My first mobile revshare signup was for $2.98 and then rebilled at $19 something, curious to see if these 2 new revshare signups rebill or not...the rest of my signups have still been regular PPS.

Why I am not surprised...
