Secret Film Shows British Royal Family Doing NAZI Salute
 

THE Queen and Queen Mum raise a Nazi salute in an astonishing home movie shot at Balmoral and seen today for the first time.

The film shows the then Princess Elizabeth, just seven, larking about in 1933.

Egging on her sister Princess Margaret, three, is their uncle Prince Edward, Prince of Wales. He was a sympathiser towards Hitler?s Nazi Germany and became King Edward VIII.

The stunning film footage of the Queen performing a Nazi salute is today revealed by The Sun.

The astonishing clip lay hidden for eight decades. The grainy home movie is thought to have been shot in 1933 or 1934, as Hitler rose to supreme power in Germany.

The 20-second cine film reveals Edward, who once gave a Nazi salute to Hitler and claimed he was ?not a bad chap?, larking around with his sister-in-law the Queen Mother and her young children in the grounds of Balmoral.

The Queen, in tartan kilt or skirt, is aged around seven while Margaret is three. The clip opens with a playful Elizabeth grabbing one of the royal corgis and pushing the dog across the lawn.

A lot of people supported the National Socialist German Workers' Party at that time -- no one really knew Hitler was that bad of a dude, even the Jews living in Germany at the time. If this picture was taken anytime after 1939 then yes, there would be questions to answer.

And on that note, if things were like they are now, Hitler would have been sued by the Churches of Hindu, Buddha, and Jain for the illegal use and dissemination of their copyrighted symbol. there is plenty in the book that could raise several red flags at that time or any time when looked in companion with the rise of the Nazi party and it's already declared views on Jews by 1933, a full decade + into the rise of the Nazis. And it's not a secret at all that Prince Edward was a Hitler fan.

I'm not accusing you of it, I was just saying as a whole...historically speaking. That part of the world was pretty FUBAR for quite some time - especially after WWI and the fall of the Ottoman Empire. Hell, the world is still a wreck because of it all.

isn't there some sort of joke about Hitler's generals having dinner and whomever first claimed to read the book had to pay for everyone's dinner? at the end of the meal, all the general's paid for their own meals.

i didn't take it as an accusation.

nevertheless, much was glossed over to allow Hitler to rise to power and his charisma and oratory skills were pivotal. i suspect Prince Edward was simply glossy-eyed over Hitler, like so many were, and that would explain why he would teach those children to goose step and heil, etc. and not that Hitler was a jew hating pos.

i'm with you, digging up that video still sereptiously and publishing it is cheeky tabloid clickbait. nevertheless though, history is always being debated, discussed, scrutinized.

I was talking about today's Brits. Princess Diana, Prince Harry, his skinny-ass wife, the Queen, whatever new Royal baby...it's one big suckfest over there. The adoration for inbred rich people who do nothing yet think they're better than 'commoners', who are symbols of worldwide repression and conquest, and who aren't even British by birthright is inexplicable to me.

From your posts over several years I'd come to think that you're a smart and thoughtful person. Your comments in this thread have completely changed my mind. The monarchy are not just a bunch of "inbred rich people" but part of the fabric of British social and political life.

Full disclosure: I was born and grew up in London, but have lived in the US for 30+ years. I'm neither a monarchist or a republican, but a pragmatist, and have come to the conclusion that the monarchy works as a part of the British political system.
