Looking for an online video creator/player that does this..
 

I have video that I want to stream like the one below but I want the user to have the ability to switch to the various other clips in the set by clicking on the link on the video while the first video is actually still playing. Does anyone know what software/script I would use?

Also, is there a DVD creation software that does it as well?

Most decent player have a playlist feature. For example, JW Player.
