I'm pretty sure the generous act by the cop didn't even phase the racist. The second this guy gets a rope and no one's looking, I bet he would hang this cop in a heartbeat. I'm not. To me it stands for free speech. The flag's a symbol that conveys a message therefore, it's speech. Taking it down from public/government property is a good idea. Any other restriction is not.
