Does anyone have a way to contact the crew at sextronix? All of their websites are down.
I tried email and skype to aaron with no luck.

Looks like they are using Amazon. Amazon can be a bit tricky to figure out. They don't offer much for support though in my experience, so unless they have alerts sending their primary tech messages, this could be a problem until someone gets in touch with their tech.

We are already aware of the database issue and already working on it. Thanks for your understanding. We are hoping it will be back shortly.

Not everything was down, just some sites. But all is good and back now. Thanks for your understanding.

I wasn't able to access any sites I tried (6 or so) and the wm program was down as well.

All is back up now though!
Any clue how long everything was down?

You just had to know that once the genius that is _Richard_ left sextronix, they'd flounder and will likely soon fail

its not my place to speak for anyone who had to make some decisions, which i'd think were easy and long overdue... but companies generally tend to hang on tight to anyone who brings real value to their business. Those who don't tend to "just decide it was time to move on to other things, the parting was amicable yada yada yada..."
