Perhaps I misread, which is possible considering English is my primary language, but unless i'm confused he was simply asking was for affiliates to sign up under him in exchange for his method on how to convert?

Perhaps he was banned as people thought he was trying to mimic or make out he represented crakrevenue or his "method" was shady? I dunno but confirmation would be good.
