Hey TeenCat,

I'm sorry you didn't manage to withdraw your funds before your card expired, but don't worry, your funds are not lost!

After you activate your new card, simply open a ticket in the Message Center of your Paxum account and ask for the funds on the expired card to be transferred to your new card. Our support department will then submit a request with the bank to complete the transfer. The bank usually performs the task within a few days, and the funds will become available on your new card.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Why would you think your money is lost when your card expires?

The issue of this thread was not that he did not manage to withdraw before card expired, but that card expired one day too early.
Interesting that you managed to miss this point :)

If you need funds quick and easy.. Just transfer them to me and I can either deposit into your bank account or send you a money transfer. I was at the beach one year and this happened to me. It really fucked me up.
