OBL on your homepage?
 

So i currently have around 7 sites i have link exchanged with on my homepage. Wondering how many you guys think is acceptable. I was thinking 10 - 15 max ?

I think more than ten links on the homepage looks a bit spammy and can be considered like it by google.
