I know the owners as well. You waited this long to report a problem? The owners are very vigilant with affiliate payments.
If you are using paxum, you should be paid immediately. Otherwise, checks or wires take longer and have a minimum

First relative drama was when they hired boneless to rep them and he was fired after like month or two.
This i say it's relative as it doesn't affect average affiliate life.

But second drama was where oil was complain about their icq spamming, and they told him to fuck off and killed his affiliate account.

I don't understand you. If TMM does not act and makes it possible for NCC to hold the legit affiliate payments, while they collect money, etc: this is supporting thieves. Of course I expect them to do something. But no worries, I'll contact CCBill and all their payment processors as well. With using CCBill alone this won't happen. NATS makes this possible, thus it is THEIR responsibility [as well]!

They won't move a finger, they provide a paid service for NCC, same shit happened to me years ago with a well known sponsor at a time. I knew TMM Vlad pretty well at the time, and he told me there was nothing they could legally do when I saw him face to face in Miami for a show. Meanwhile the paysites were still up, getting new members, rebilling etc...

It is not TMM?s responsibility to make sure affiliates are paid. In fact, TMM does not have a relation/agreement with the affiliate at all. There is one between the sponsor and the affiliate, but that equation does not involve TMM at all. TMM gets their money from the sponsor/program, that is the only thing that should reasonably concern TMM. They do not see nor have any control over any money transfers and can not be held responsible for that at all. Neither can they investigate or play police in matters of who got paid what or what they got paid for.

The license is active, therefore TMM is getting paid.That?s where the buck stops!

Promote phil-flash-cash.com sites. No one has ever complained about not getting paid from these guys. They are rock solid!

I think you are Totally wrong here. It IS TMM's responsibility, as they provide them a tool with which they can get over the usual/classic setup: payments are handled by third party, and this third party company is taking care of the affiliate payments, etc. CCBill, Epoch, etc: they all work this way.

Do a research, you can find info on this topic which confirms what I am saying.

TMM has no interest in fucking around with the affiliate program until they are getting the license fee. :(

BTW: NCC's new payment processor is now Epoch...
