have you ever referred to her in such a negative manner before?
is she generally sensitive?
why did you call her a bitch?

tell her the only reason you responded to her in such a negative manner is cause it furiated you to think that your own wife has trust issues. perhaps subconciously your eye trailed an attractive woman, it doesn't mean that you'll act on any lustful desires. and besides, shes the far best looker of them all.

there you go. you'll be free. if not after you told her that, then you can give her the silent treatment.
