Stoked about Brasa's tonite!

The wife and I are finally hittin' up the Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse at the Hilton in Niagara Falls this evening.

A meat lover's paradise!

Nestled inside the Hilton Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they’re ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red mean "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want at your own pace.

The gourmet buffet features over 70 hot and cold items to accompany your meal including some Brazilian fare like Brazilian-style potato, corn bread and polenta. Brasa is the best place to experience a taste of South America.
Everyone we've talked to says this place is absolutely amazing - so we're really lookin' forward to a nice experience tonite.

It's between $40-50 per plate...plus drinks.

Valet parking is comp'd, though. Considerin' it's peak tourist season at the Falls...parking could've run us another $20 bucks easy.

I'm only leavin' the restaurant after I've gained 10lbs. :1orglaugh

Well...it was an amazing experience!

Stuffed ourselves damn near to bursting. It was fab! I sampled nearly everything (the rack of lamb was incredible...as was the smoked salmon).

Top-notch food...service was terrific. Anybody visitin' Niagara Falls HAS to check this place out (and I typically hate tourist-type restaurants near the Falls).

But I highly recommend Brasa's. And we got outta there for under a hundred bucks (including tip).

It is "eat as much as you can" type place?
It is kind of unusual to see and "upscale" place with "eat as much" offer :)

Brazilian Steakhouses are the coolest shit ever. Best meat eating experience by far!

I won some live charity auction and inside the envelope with my credit card receipt was a gift certificate to an all you can eat Brazilian steak house. Don't remember the name of the place as I tossed it to a buddy of mine and he took his wife. They both loved the food though along with some unique alcoholic drink. Meant to go after their glowing review of the place but forgot about it.

It's the standard way of doing things in Brazil and Argentina as far as I know - So it makes sense...

At the place I go they give you a disc to keep at the edge of your table. It's red on one side and green on the other. A number of cutters walk through the dining area with various types of meat. Beef, pork, lamb, whatever. If you have the green side up, they ask if you want anything. If red, they don't.

I have been to Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse many times in Niagara Falls but never to Brasa's. Let me know how it is and I might check it out next time I go to Niagara. Thanks.
