I'd try live chat again, the quality of their peeps is mixed so you might get a more helpful rep this go around. their email support isn't ideal, you could die of old age before you solve any problems that way
it's a shame Nissim isn't around, he was fucking bomb at actually getting ish done. he hasn't been around in over a year though, at least on this forum as well as another one where he used to handle support issues. thinking he might have left the company or assigned to a new role? anyway, good luck. def try live chat again |

Don't get your hopes too high, I've been waiting for them to transfer my funds from old card to new card for more than a month.
They don't answer emails and live chat says "will be done" and thats it. |
