strategic network partnerships - do they exist
 

Hi guys,

Curious if anyone knows of some larger strategic partnerships between networks. What I mean by that is 2 or more entities bringing their networks together to create a mega network. Does that exist? What are the reasons networks choose to do that, or not do that?
