This Canuck would kick Trump's ass!
This guy rides Canada geese, slays dragons and fist-bumps aliens!
And he's running for parliament! Look out, Donald! |
Would he now?

Thanks for posting that video, it's always good once in a while to have a good reminder why I left that rathole of a country seeing stupid clowns like this idiot's video.
It's no wonder the rest of the world laughs at Canada and doesn't take them seriously. Their politicians are one tiny step up from mental handicaps. |

How do you take some country "seriously" anyways? Is this some bombing people thing? How this taking seriously materializes? |

" The first Canadian soldiers to arrive in Afghanistan in 2002 wore green camouflage designed for forests, because the army had sold its sand-coloured uniforms. Now they sport desert-hued outfits with a digitalised pattern redesigned for added stealth." Fighting to keep fighting | The Economist It seems that they didn't have proper uniforms to there at all at that time. Seems that they are not alone in this. This came up with the same googling. "Despite the desert conditions of the Iraqi campaign, many American soldiers are sporting deep-green combat fatigues. Why are some troops donning woodland camouflage? According to published reports, the Pentagon simply goofed by not anticipating the demand for sand-colored desert fatigues" "A dearth of appropriately stealthy uniforms was also a problem during Gulf War I, as many U.S. troops were forced to wear dark green. The Pentagon learned at least one lesson from the 1991 conflict, however: The Marines' anti-chemical-weapons suits, known as Mission-Oriented Protective Posture clothing, used to only be available in woodland patterns. The latest MOPP gear features a three-color desert design." Why are U.S. troops wearing dark-green camouflage? |

No, the US had the proper gear. It's just certain media outlets were trying to deflect attention away from the canadian stupidity. Like you pointed out, the Canadian Military 'sold its sand-coloured uniforms"???!! That point in itself shows the level of stupidity, why would they sell their uniforms in the first place :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh
My father was in the Kings Own Calgary Regiment in Canada before he retired and I kid you not. Their soft ranger helmet, wait for it now.......it had reflectors on them.:1orglaugh I swear I'm not making this up. What kind of fucked up military puts reflectors on a helmet unless they wanted to help opposing snipers get better head shots :1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
Quote:
About those reflectors; in our army we use "laser guns" in training (attachments to regular guns up to tank weaponry and tanks). Regular soldier kit includes addon to be strapped around helmet and another one for center body mass. Those kits have round plastic receivers those reflect a bit. Though that was when I was in the army, the kit probably has improved a little bit. I don't know is that the case in here or not, but we had kit like that for training. It is very superb by the way. You fire blanks, but the laser hits the target (if hits). Hard to get more realism in terms of shooting and getting shot, you know; safely. The laser gets fired when you fire the blanks. |
social programs should be expanded, indigenous people should be rewarded more etc - leftard idiot?

We also make sure we have plenty of Canadian plants on us army forums pretending to be American soldiers who had to wear green camo just to help gloss over our mistakes. Why Do Marines Wear Green in the Desert? [Archive] - Marine Corps - USMC Community I think our best conspiracy was to convince the us navy to adopt blueberry camo so they would be impossible to find if they fall overboard. I got the part of the video humorous but it's just the typical canadian weak attempts at trying to be funny that illustrates the stupidity of the nation. Like I said before, I'm happy where I'm at here in the US. I would die a happy man if I don't have to step foot inside that canucklehead country again. |

And there are different areas and levels of "hot spots". The Finns were not deployed in as dangerous areas as the americans, Brits, Aussies and canadians. The difference is the Americans, Brits, Aussies are better suited because of their advanced weapons and gear, the Canadians not so much. Since February 2002, 158 Canadian soldiers have died in the war in Afghanistan or in support of the war. Of these, 123 were due to hostile circumstances, including 95 due to improvised explosive devices (IED) or landmines, 21 due to rocket-propelled grenade, small arms or mortar fire, 11 due to suicide bomb attacks, and one died falling from a high ground position on a cliff during a combat operation that involved firefight. An additional 22 soldiers have died in accidents or other non-combat circumstances; 7 due to "friendly fire", 6 in vehicle accidents, two in an accidental helicopter crash, 2 from accidental falls, 2 from accidental gunshots, 1 suicide death and 2 unspecified non-combat-related deaths in country. Additionally, one unspecified non-combat-related death occurred at a support base in the Persian Gulf. Canada has suffered the third-highest absolute number of deaths of any nation among the foreign military participants, and one of the highest casualties per capita of coalition members since the beginning of the war.[62][63] More than 2000 soldiers were injured during the war between April 2002 to December 2011. 635 soldiers were injured in action while 1412 were injured in patrol or non-combat situation.[64] |

Australia has had just over 40, but they also have less than half the troops there that Canada has, and who knows what areas they are in compared to the Canadian troops. I'm sure your vast experience with military training is more than enough to determine how well Canadian troops are trained and outfitted. Hell, you blamed a media conspiracy when I told you American troops also had green camo in some cases. You want to talk about rat holes? Take a look in the mirror. Clean up your own knee-deep shit first before worrying about Canada's military training, or lack thereof. http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2014/...6955418786.jpg |

The worst part is Barry wasn't just a crackhead, he was also a complete failure of a mayor. Even Ford had some redeeming qualities when it came to budgetary concerns. |

He also managed to bring the murder rate in DC to the highest in the entire country during his reign.
"Outside of the killings, D.C. has one of the lowest crime rates in the country" - Marion Barry |
Another fun fact. During the years Marion Barry was in power, the amount of murders that happened each year in DC were more than double the amount of "incompetent" Canadian soldier deaths over the course of the entire 12 years or so Canada had troops fighting in Afghanistan. He's clearly a true American hero.

Quote:
You said Marion was stripped of his powers? Yes he was. But obviously he was a good mayor because the people voted him back after he got out of jail. Oh why was this if he was such bad city official? Because the good obviously outweighed the bad and he was a good mayor. Can you say the same about fat ass Tom Ford who is an absolute disgrace and everyone around the world laughes at that clown. |
Seriously I'm not even going to bother responding anymore to the canadians who want to defend their rathole.
Keep drinking the maple shit leaf kool aid for all I care and think your country is the next best thing to Disneyland for all I care. I'm not going to change your views just like you are not going to change my views that Canada is the biggest piece of shit country among all westernized nations. I'm happy being an american, I bleed red white and blue and I'm just glad that I got out of that rathole Canada Eh :1orglaugh . That's all I have to say :) |
