All I remember is these guys flashed a bright light in my face, then they gave me some vaccines because they must have cared about my health or something

This wasn't me but my ex and it still weirds me out when I think about it. It's not particularly long or weird but here's what happened:
One day he went for a bike ride, rode around town, came home, the end.
This is where it gets weird. Seemingly to him, he arrived home the same day some 2 hours later like a normal ride. His family freaked when he walked inside though. He had been missing for 2 days. No one could find him, they even started to get the police involved....he literally thought he just went for a bike ride and came home, the end. He still has no idea what happened. I think alien abduction, so does he, but no one will ever know.

We could write a book or make a movie-of-the-week about our house - and even though I consider myself a skeptic - talking about it just brings out the vociferous skeptics from the woodwork...and wastes my time.

Had an apartment many years ago, My daughter who was very young was afraid to go into the bathroom alone, It was a house that was split into four. Every time you were in the bathroom you could hear a baby crying (everybody used to talk about it). after moving out we found out there wasn't anyone with a baby living in the other apartments but before we moved in one did drown in our tub...

Short story but I think I got enough info in there.

This happened about 5 or 6 years ago. I had been out with some friends celebrating a friend't birthday. I was the designated driver. I dropped the last friend off at his place and was headed home. It was about 2am and I was on some quiet back roads when I came across a car that was in the ditch. There was a guy sitting on the ground next to the car holding his arm and bleeding. I stopped to offer help. When I got out of my car I asked if he was okay and he said he was. He stood up and came over to me and I asked if I could call someone for him like a friend, an ambulance, the police anyone. He said everything was already taken care of and he was fine. He was clearly hurt and looked nervous. I asked if there was anything I could do to help him and right then his phone rang. He answered it said a few words then handed the phone to me. I said, "Hello?" and this very calm, matter-of-fact voice said to me, "When I finish speaking hand the phone back to him, get back in your shiny white car (my car was white) and leave. Forget you ever saw any of this. Am I making myself clear?" I told him I understood, handed the phone back to the injured guy wished him luck, got in my car and hauled ass.

After talking to a few people I think what happened is that car had drugs or guns or something illegal in it and they were waiting for another car to come get them. The guy on the phone was likely hiding in the bushes alongside the road with a gun ready to shoot anyone that might mess with the car. They gave me the option to leave before things got ugly.

No, nothing that stands out as freaky.

One afternoon way back when I was maybe 13, way before ipods or smartphones or anything like that...my mom, little sisters, and myself were preparing to have lunch on the front porch since it was a beautiful sunny day. It was just us. No one else was home at the time. And we happened to notice that the upright piano, which was just inside the front door in the living room, a note was being played randomly.

My mom told me to go get the cat off the piano. I shook my head, "silly cat" and went inside. Well, I discovered the cat wasn't even in the room, and the keyboard cover was pulled down. The TV was off. I told her so, and she was like "oh, come on" thinking I was being silly. I told her to come and look.

So she came inside (sisters stayed on the porch enjoying lunch, not in the least interested) and we were both like "hmm, I wonder how its playing?" I lifted the keyboard cover and none of the keys were moving. Yet, the sound continued like someone pressing and holding a single note every 3 seconds or so, with the typical attack and sustain one would expect. It never varied from the one note.

I put my hand on the side of the piano and told her "its not even coming from the piano." Again she didn't believe me, and was like "give me a break." I told her to put her hand on the side of the piano and feel that its not vibrating. She did, and we were both like "huh, that's strange." I lifted the top cover and looked down at the strings, and no hammer was moving and no string was vibrating. She was like "but its got to be coming from the piano." I found the note that we were hearing on the keyboard and hit it in rapid succession, which had no effect on the continuing note we were hearing. And I was like "see, it can't be coming from the piano." Yet, the sound continued right in front of us.

We both stood there looking at it, kinda perplexed, trying to figure out what was going on. Then I turned my head to the side, and I said "wait, its not even coming from the piano anymore." The source of the sound seemed to be slowly moving away and fading in volume at the same time. I followed it to the kitchen door, which at that point it faded away completely.

We both kinda looked at each other, shrugged, and went back to the front porch and continued our lunch. We never thought much of anything about it, aside from "hmm, that was strange." Nothing like that had ever happened before, or since.

Looking back on it as an adult, I have no explanation. A glitch in the matrix? Ghost? And if I hadn't experienced it myself, I would have said "bull-fucking-shit."

TLDR: piano was playing, even as it was examined and confirmed to not be playing.

On the Isle of Man we have a lot of mystical beliefs and superstitions.

Mainly our little people (fairies) that live by a bridge that when you cross you have to say Hello to them otherwise you will have bad luck.
We have many stories on the Island, its not just a beautiful place!

Ive seen a few spirits and UFO's.

One was 10 years ago I heard a humming noise coming from outside, so I jumped on the window sill to peer outside and about 1 mile away on top of a hill there is a huge communications mast.
I could see what clearly looked like a UFO about the size of a largish car hovering next to the mast.
I watched it for about 5 minutes before going to phone my Dad to tell him what I could see. When I got back it had vanished.
Nobody believed me saying it was a weather ballon or a plane.

Until 3 years ago I was telling a colleague my story and his mouth dropped he phoned his wife and told me to speak to her.

They live at the foot of the hill and she had woken one night to a very loud humming sound, looked out the window and she had seen the UFO but she saw 3 aliens in the UFO.
She says she has see them a few times and we're not the only ones who have seen them in the area.

Some people are really skeptical and I don't mind that we all have our beliefs. I could just go on about this topic all day haha

It's amazing that Aliens from another planet or galaxy when designing a space ship that could travel zillions of miles and faster than light speed, when choosing to come to our earth actually decided to design their space ships in the exact same shape and design as our 1960's sci fi movies

Yes, but more likely it was like this and you just didn't see/ your brain filtered out the rest of the lifting structure, than it was alien spacecraft humming next to the communication mast. :)

Yes in the same way we designed aliens to have two arms, two legs, two eyes, a head and hands and feet almost like a human.

Because clearly aliens would almost certainly look like the one animal species on this planet that they have flown zillions of miles to, that can make films.

Obviously it is just a massive convenience that the aliens coming to earth look like us and fly space ships that look just like we thought they would.

Aliens almost certainly exist. The universe is just too vast for other life forms not to exist. Or have existed, or will exist, whether that is life as we know it or life not as we know it.

The fact that their could be or could have been life as close as our own solar system (let alone life not as we know it) makes it an almost impossibility that their isn't life.

I would say anyone who has any idea at all on just how big the universe is could not deny their is life out there.

if you are asking, do I think that people who look exactly like us (but green) with two arms and two legs are driving zillions and zillions of miles in space ships that look conveniently like we envisaged them in sci fi movies.... and have arrived just at the one brief moment in time that humans are alive on our planet and that is the explanation for someone seeing (or not) a big shiny round thing in the sky.

i chalk it up to being kids but i grew up in house that was over 100 years old at the time and had strange things happen like suddenly the music i was playing stopped and a comb flew across the room. my sisters swore there was a person who would walk the hallways they called 'the flat lady' as she just appeared as a shadow on the wall. when i was laying in bed sometimes it felt like someone was standing right over top of me breathing, i could feel their breath but nothing was there but like i said we were kids so who knows how much of it was imagination induced and how much was real, i don't know. nothing like that has happened to me as an adult. we moved out of that house when i was 12.

I mean they have evolved and managed this technological feat. They decided to do it at the exact same time, not only just when you was alive, but actually to the place to live, so you can see it.

I mean the probability alone must be mind blowing, zillions and zillions and zillions and zillions to one, that not only has this master race evolved into managing this technical feat, but not only did they pick your planet, not only did they do it at the same time you was here and alive, but they even did it where you live.

Then if that wasn't enough, you actually worked with someone who also had this same amazing experience. Can you imagine, two zilion, zillion to one chances happen at the same time, in your office.

So we must presume that the aliens you saw at one zillion, zillion to one and the aliens she saw at one zillion, zillion to one, were the same aliens? But when your colleague saw an alien ship different to yours and saw they aliens, you didn't actually even ask where the aliens were, what they looked like, or even if it was the same space saucer as you saw?

I think I would have asked, just out of very mild curiosity. Even just as a topic of conversation.

I didn't question because a bit of scepticism came over me when she told me the story only because it went from me seeing an object that looked UFO shape to her seeing aliens the story went from 0 to 10 pretty quick. I just chose not too question it, but who's to say what she saw or what I saw.

I completely understand your view on their existence but I guess we have have different opinions, you could put 10 people in a room and everyone would have a different opinion.

I feel I should have chosen a different story now haha

What makes you think they'd come from vast distances? Why do you think that speed (you mentioned in another post about light speed) has anything to do with how they'd possibly get here?

Thing is with ufos, we can do everything damn near they can now, officially and unofficially. Aliens, maybe, but most likely if you see something in the sky its human built.

Not too implausible if they come from an earth-like planet. Consider how young our species is and all we've accomplished in that short time, obviously functions granted by our form have given us certain advantages. Large brains protected by a hard shell, opposable thumbs for tool use, bipedalism to allow us to take those tools with us, forward facing eyes for binocular vision, etc.

If we're talking about an alien species that has advanced enough to seek out other life, then it is likely they will share at least some of those traits. See Convergent Evolution.

Considering all the radio waves our planet is pumping out, if there is intelligent alien life out there looking, our planet will stand out like a beacon.

Silicon is just behind carbon in order of abundance in the universe. In fact, it has been theorized that a silicon based life (as opposed to our own carbon based life, here) is possible.

However, if I were building a space-ship, it wouldn't have windows at all, but lots of cameras that could be viewed behind lots of shielding where it's safe. Perhaps something along the lines of BMWs X-ray glasses for parallel parking.

Coincidentally, I had an experience similar to KatieHubpeople's.

A friend of mine called me up one day to ask if she could come talk. Her husband was in law school and studying, and she was upset and just needed someone to talk to but didn't want to distract him from his work. Anyway, she comes over and it's a nice day so we're sitting outside and chatting. Several miles away from my house is some sort of radio tower. Usually, I just notice it on clear nights when I can see the lights on it. However, this was such a clear day it was plainly visible. Anyway, I noticed this cigar shaped object that appeared in proximity to it that just seemed to hover there. I pointed it out to her and we watched it just hang in the sky there for several minutes (somewhere between 5-10) and then it suddenly shot off to the right, and out of sight - like in a split-second fast.

It shot off so fast, I seriously doubt it was a helicopter. Could it have been a jet approaching straight on from the opposite direction giving the appearance of hanging motionless in the sky before making an abrupt course correction? Possibly, but it never appeared to increase or diminish in size as you would expect to see over the course of several minutes. Was it aliens? Doubtful. But, whatever it was, it was an Unidentified Flying Object, so yes, I have seen a UFO.
