What console/pc games you guys playing these days ??
 

Looking for ideas of what's decent out there just now. Gonna grab some games this weekend and have promised myself I will not be buying this year's COD installment.

Been playing the new F1 game and although it's generally good, there's no career mode (wtf??) and online pretty much sucks...

COD4 Modern Warfare, PC.

A bunch of industry peeps from Medium Pimpin wanted me to get into their group, so before going out and investing a small fortune in an Xbox I got the PC version of COD4 Modern Warfare. Loved it. So, I went out and bought the Xbox, the headset, the wireless remote controllers, the big hard drive, dropped about $500 for the console and gear. Fucking hated it. Kids would come into games and just fucking rant about politics, and the console version sucked compared to the PC game.

With the PC version you can get your own server, run your own maps, and boot assholes.

PLUS without the need for a console system, you don't find yourself buying a new system every other year.

I play every day really.

I still play Diablo 3 when I need a break, or if I have a longer timeframe I might throw on Civ 5. SimCity is fun as well but I find requires a lot of thought, sometimes I just want to slay demons!

Played 180+ hours of Splatoon this summer and still not tired of it

Shadow of Mordor is cake once you figure out the play style. Shit was so damn easy I returned it after 2 days for something a bit more challenging.

I'm not kidding. Always wanted to own the 500 one.

otherwise I have CIV3 (Conquests) installed everywhere. CIV5 - I like, but I don't find it as playable as v3

I have no time for playing computer games.

I haven't played a game since PC Far Cry 4 -- which was pretty good. I hear the new Batman game is awesome. I love the brawl mechanics of that series.

I just need GTAV to be happy

Last game I played on the xbox was Duke Nukem Forever. I'm not much of a gamer.

Yeah a weeks time you could complete EVERYTHING in the game. It's a fun game but feels like Lord of The Rings - Assassins Creed Edition.

sometimes at a friend who is a gamer fanatic i do play a couple of matches of the new mortal kombat for example. Fun with a few beers but that's it.

Seriously gaming for hours just feels like wasting loads and loads of time for me.

Apparently running gfy doesn't take up as much time as you'd think

no time to play complicated games. I still have the PS3 I bought in 06' but I only use it for a blu ray player. I did get a Wii U last winter and I'll play wii bowling while I drink a few beers from time to time but I'd hardly call that gaming.

If you like survival games... ark is where its at. Its not a lone wolf game though.

GTA 5 will suffice most peoples cravings for digital warfare.

Pc gaming is the ultimate gaming. Consoles are simplified ("for kids"). Just ruffling feathers of console guys, don't kill me :1orglaugh

I haven't posted on this board and ive been a member for a while. I have a PS3, PS4, and a high power tower. I enjoy feeling a controller. I have played CS (Counter Strike) and all the other droll PC games, nothing comes close to a console. Im on a PC way to long during the day for work. So I enjoy my console and games that's not tied to a computer

I use my PS3 controller on my PC all the time, except it's more for emulators than top of the line new games, I save those for consoles, too. :winkwink:

Again I dont wanna be on a PC no longer then i have to. I have a sexy 55 inch TV to play on.
