Breast reduction is given here in the states if authorized by the patients doctor, there are a lot of problems in the NHS when they can give cosmetic surgery every day, but with authorization from your doctor there should be no question..

I cannot understand how the NHS allocates funding. Why does someone who wants to enlarge her breasts for cosmetic reasons receive funding but someone who is in pain because of there size doesn't? It is certainly a lottery like see are often told.
