"It has come to our attention that many of our affiliates and webmasters were becoming increasingly frustrated by repeatedly seeing the 'You do not have access to the specified report!' error message.

"In response to your frustrations, we are pleased to announce that we have implemented the first of several new error messages you will see when trying to access your CCBill stats and earnings. 'Exception ######## Error occured while downloading source Unable to connect to authenticator. Server configuration issue?' will now be returned in addition to the traditional 'You do not have access to the specified report!' error that CCBill users have come to associate with the brand.

"Initial response to this new error message has been overwhelmingly favorable, and in the coming weeks and months we will be releasing several additional new and exciting error messages for our affiliates to view in lieu of their stats and earnings. Here at CCBill, we strive to deliver the best error messages in the industry, and this is another step to ensure that we stay on top.

well whatever you guys this its screwed, for me my Niftystats cant retrieve any stats anymore since around the 18th this month, very frustrating

i am not much in favor for more detailed error messages i just want to checkin my stats, and simple as that they dont load anymore

While a lot of people will not find making fun of their frustrations humorous... I for one implore this type of customer service.

If you don't appreciate that response then you're just a sour tight wad.
