Namecheap FAQ tool. Custom or not?

Namecheap have this great FAQ tool where you can point on page objects and see questions and answers for it.

It is available on this page for example: https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared.aspx

Is it something custom made for them or is this some kind of plugin? Anyone knows?

It looks like all this is custom made. But check themeforest they have similar plugins and themes.
