Law of causation: the city needs to stop feeding them.

i like San Francisco...

Civic Center in SF is really where a lot of the foul stuff is happening.

Like someone mentioned above, the City's extremely generous benefits system is a magnet for people with all sorts of problems.

Need more public toilets

Also certain streets smell like urine.. But I do like SF.. other then the pooping and peeing everywhere

Citizens pay high taxes so that they could provide A class services and benefits to leechers.

Free buckets for the homeless since the city can't afford those fancy public toilets.
