Need a MGP script
 

What is popular these days for MPG scripts?

I just need something basic for storing and organizing links to hosted movie galleries. I don't need to support submitted galleries or photo galleries, just MGP links and thumbs to the galleries. It doesn't have to be free. I don't mind paying for quality and ease of use.

Maybe I've been gone from here to long and I'm showing my age.

Where a TGP is a "Thumbnail Gallery Post", I'm looking for a "Movie Gallery Post" script.

Perhaps these days many TGP scripts can handle movie galleries as well and people could recommend those. I'm just looking for software to put up a simple MGP (""Movie Gallery Post") website that does not need to support submissions from others. I just want to add a bunch of links to hosted galleries myself.

So I'll broaden the question, can people recommend any current TGP scripts that handle movie galleries well?

It looks like Comus Thumbs or Smart Thumbs will do what I need. Does anyone know if those scripts are still actively being developed and supported?

But time for a serious dumb question.
Why not just use word press and a theme that would do what you are trying?
Or maybe I am out in left field chasing butterflies....
