Newbie Nudes - waiting to get paid, again.

So after I posted this thread on May 19th I was emailed by NN that day about the delay in payments:

Quote:

Number of factors..

We are understaffed, I have been away, The request payout button isn't sufficiently alerting me etc.

Need to improve it I agree...
but I did get paid.

Since then, nothing... again.

In the last 30 days alone I've sent 4 payment requests via their affiliate page and by email just to be sure.
Over the years I've only received payment from NN after posting online, every... single... time.

Why does NN watch GFY more than their own affiliate page? or email?
Do affiliates have to request payments here instead to get paid? Or just me?
I hate having to make these kinds of posts.

No it isn't. This is how it has been getting paid by NN for years now.

HowlingWulf 09-09-2015 05:34 AM

Time to start pulling links...

I was about to start a similar thread.

I am in the same boat, no payments, no answers.

One of my clients turned the tables on programs that scammed affiliates by not paying them or just disappear. He downloaded all of their content and started a paysite similar to theirs WITH THEIR CONTENT :1orglaugh. It's poetic justice if you ask me. What's the program going to do? Whine and bitch on gfy that their former affiliate who they scammed turned around and stole their content? I think not. :1orglaugh

Some of them file federal copyright lawsuits and sue for millions of dollars.

I really doubt any judge would be sympathetic to a scammer affiliate crying in court that his affiliate stole his content. Well if they didn't scam their affiliates and running away with their money, they wouldn't have those same affiliates scamming them back by stealing their content.

In the case of my client, he made the money he was owed from the memberships he sold with the content he downloaded. Threats from the original owner has gone no where as many of you might expect. When a program owner consciously decides that they are going to rip off their affiliates, they are (1) without honor because there is a right way of doing business and the wrong way, they could have paid their affiliates instead of going into the wind. They chose the scumbag way, so no sympathy from me what happens to their content. (2) Most likely, they obviously don't have the financial means to pursue a protracted legal matter against the affiliate for stolen content, they might as well cut their loses and accept it.

So for all you programs thinking of or ripping off your affiliates and disappearing, it's a good reminder that there are always consequences for your actions, even in porn.

Don't want to see your content stolen? Then pay your fucking affiliates what they are owed. :thumbsup

LoL... you ever been in front of a court? Sympathy has very little to do anything when attorneys are arguing written law in front of an impartial judge. And to most juries, a thief is a thief.

Bottom line it will never go to court in most cases. Assuming for a moment the scammer program owner can afford a lawyer, how does the lawyer for the plaintiff argue that his client is the victim when his client committed wire fraud and theft by ripping off the affiliate??

If you want to take the position that the scammer program owner would be stupid enough to bring the matter before a judge, his name would be exposed and it opens the possibility of him being sued by not only the 1 affiliate but the various affiliates he scammed also??!

The scammer program owner would end up losing in the long run because once he drags it into court, his annomity is gone. A scammer is not going to do it! If he made the scumbag decision to rip off his affiliates, my point is he won't bring it to court knowing the legal fees itself will outweigh how much he ripped off the affiliates especially when he is fighting an affiliate from a different country hosting the downloaded content on offshore servers. Good luck with that not burning a hole in his wallet:)

You'd have to be sure the shady program owner was the sole owner of the content. He could have bought and licensed it all from someone else. You could end up getting sued by the original content creator for not having a license. If it's all exclusive stuff the other guy shot himself then that's different.

My guess is that it's because he likely can't find any other that will. The amount of programs that still convert are few these days.

fris 09-14-2015 04:43 AM

they do pay people, but it seems you always have to nag the owner, they should have it set to automatic system

HowlingWulf 09-15-2015 05:43 AM

Yes but after chasing for weeks or months my links are pulled because who knows if this guy will ever pay?

Even if he shows up in the future the links are down meaning lost revenue for both of us.

I just don't understand this guy.

Those are two different cases and they won't mix them. You can't do justice on your own, that's what courts are for ..also don't forget that you don't need money to fill a complaint at the police, they will investigate and bring charges no matter what.

You clearly don't have that experiece, but I don't recommend taking justice into your own hands... :2 cents:

The point of this all is...

Why should he even have to make the thread? Apologize for not paying the man and get your shit together for once.

I can guarantee that there are people here who haven't or won't send you traffic because of these threads. If you don't care, that's fine. But be honest about it, at least. Even your in your sig here, you're trying to get people to sign up and send.

You're kidding, right? Nobody can be this dumb because everyone knows that's not how it works in court. :2 cents:

I only made this thread after sending half a dozen payment requests through the affiliate page AND multiple requests to your email above - starting over 6 weeks ago. Don't blame not being on GFY... either something is wrong with your payment request notifications and/or email and/or you're just ignoring them. This costs us both money.

And I can almost guarantee that OP was not alone not getting paid, it is unlikely that only his payments were ignored.
So it is funny when they say "been paying for 13 years". Pay then. At the usual time.

Update: finally got Payoneer funds today after almost 2 months.

Chasing NN down for payments seems to be the norm.
Props for paying, but I'm not into doing this any more.
Too much aggravation.
