Ashely Madison, What I have learned the hard way and how it made my day.
 

I have been in this game for a while and thankfully when i started redoing some of my sites 2 years ago I realized virtually every sponsor I have dealt with over the years has crashed and burned, or stopped being productive for me.

In order to get around this, I designed and then improved database systems for sponsors and their products.

How nice it was to make less than 15 keystrokes and Ashely Madison ads, text and links throughout 6 different web sites were no more and "product" pages magically disappeared and were appropriately redirected to where they belong.

If it was a mainstream product my custom short urls would have redirected at the same time.

God when I think back of all the orphan links etc I created and had to find over the years the hard way...

Making things organized like this is indeed good practice, it saves time and time is money.
