Information typed into the form, which is supposed to then be passed on to the company itself, was instead apparently sent to its entire mailing list.

People were apparently sending cat gifs via the form, spam and complaints made via the form were obviously broadcast to everyone. What's worse is that the email list kept growing as more people submitted to the form before the bug was fixed.

Amazing work by I-subscribe QA there. Seriously, it's hard to imagine how a bug like that could possibly have been missed in dev testing, let alone before final release.
