Dropped them this week and got Century Link, check out my speed at my home office:

I have 300 with Time Warner, runs about $70 a month.

AT&T is in the area just north of me with gigabit and Google Fiber is in the area just south of me with gigabit. Bastards!

That ping time is awesome too.

My old Cox Ultimate was costing me almost $150 a month.

The much faster Century Link is only $79 a month. :)

I can remember back in the early 2000's we got ADSL at our office. It was 1.5 down and 1.5 up. And we were THE shit! lol

Fibre has been planned/in-progress for close to 2 years and I was told a few weeks back that they now have no idea when it will be available in our area. :(
I can get by with crap broadband but my boy is a huge gamer so not great for him!

They just put 10 gb service in Minneapolis. Unfortunately it will be a year or 2 before it makes it my way.

I have 8 or something and I would not need more, that is enough to watch streams etc.

Had 300/300 with FIOS in New York. Had to drop down to 120/50 in Seattle and it makes me feel like I am working on an old 1200 baud handset modem. Really annoying but should have 1GB here by the end of 2016.

We just moved up that package to accomodate Netflix.

Century Link Fiber still not available in Desert Shores. Stuck on 60Mb/s Cox Business Internet here at $160/month.

cheaper price with higher speed, you can't ask for more.

Wondering what part of Vegas are you on ?
I just called for one of my places on the Southwest side and Centurylink said it had Fiber installed in the community but could only offer 80mps and that 1 gig would be offered in the future.

I'm up in the N.W. about 5 minutes from Santa Fe Station Casino.

They just got this in my neighborhood a couple of months ago.

I'm in the same area on the west side of 95. Which side are you on?
