Easy and affordable PPC Script
 

I am thinking of buying traffic directly from other websites and therefore need some kind of script to

x) track incoming traffic (yes, really !;))
x) setting $/1k for T1/T2 traffic
x) let webmasters sign up
x) let webmasters verify their domain
x) stats for me + webmaster

But unfortunately I need it for one site only and then $999 is too much.

Does anyone know alternatives?
