anyone tried yoga laughter therapy? looks like fun :thumbsup

Seems like it makes your skin turn grey.

I know laughter is great therapy, just because of how you feel after a really good laugh, but forced laughter, not so much. I did it once when the wife and I went to a yoga class. It was really really awkward.

Works so well.
