This isn't a new host, so they should be able to put a little effort in.

Fair comments chaps. I've used them for a number of years and never had an issue. Tickets are responded to quickly, and price wise... if you pay for a year, the small package is fifty bucks and with the current discount applied, you'll get a year for 25 bucks I believe.

It is what it is, cheap, cheerful and reliable (at least in my experience)

I believe asmallorange.com is EIG, so same company as Hostgator etc.
