Not sure what this was about, but repeatedly hitting someone in the head when they are down and not fighting back is not cool at all. It's a good way to kill someone. If he was fighting back, then yea do what you have to do, but that punk was being pretty submissive once he was on the ground and the guy still kept punching him in the head. I hope he broke his fucking hand to be honest.
