Make a bowl of misc veggies, a bowl of onions and cucumbers marinated in apple vinegar and water.

Put some lettuce in a bowl, add veggies, put cucumbers and onions on top add small non refrigerated tomatoes, great lunch and appetizer for dinner. Real good when it's hot outside.
