This "ban" doesn't work if you enable the turbo mode in Opera - one of the most popular browsers here. Not even mention proxies and free anonymizing tools like ZenMate, Hola Better Internet etc. The people that do "blocking" have no idea how the Internet works. All local media publishes various manuals on how to avoid "blocking" (e.g. Как обойти блокировки сайтов?) and even Internet providers do that :)
Roscomnadzor is a bunch of greedy clowns who want to make money doing nothing. They are constantly begging for the budget money, so they have to simulate some sort of activity. First they "fought" cp, suicide-related, drug-selling and "terrorist" sites. When there was nothing to "block" they decider to consider all hentai as cp. When it was not enough they said they saw some girls at pornhub that look too old for them, and so on... They need money and they won't stop "blocking" everything, because otherwise the will lose the easy budget funds. They know their methods doesn't work, but they don't care. They need to pretend they are real useful. Stupid fuckin' clowns.
This is how the whole Putin's system works. If you do something useful, you won't get a single ruble from the budget. But if you do nothing, just talking bullshit, pretending and talking bullshit, you can get millions of dollars from the budget w/o a single effort. Roscomnadzor is one of those useless loafer that suck out our taxes.
P.S. Even my mom (she's over 70) knows about turbo mode in Opera. |
