Paxum issues!
So today i had a $150 from a sponsor, not a lot i know...
I transferred it from my ''checking account'' to my MasterCard Upon completion i would usually see $150 as credit in my MC account, today i saw a $150 pending charge on the master card :S... as if the credit hit the account then got spent When i go to my main dashbaord i see zero funds available and $150 pending charge. When i go to my statements i see $150 available.. Anyone else getting issues? |

I transferred money over to my card and just assumed it was transferred fine. Went to the machine to take out cash notta. Makes sense now lol.

The same happened to me two months ago, but the problem solved itself, to put it this way, and the money was transferred a couple of hours later, so probably the same will happen in your case(s).

And now I can't check to see if it has been moved from pending because again another Sunday and Paxum is down.

I've received email that my ticket was escalated. I guess 'till Canada wakes up, nothing will change.
And I don't want to test if another transfer will work. I'm not their beta tester :) B. |
Update: they solved my issue.
Everything looks ok. I guess they are just "slower" on weekends. What I did: created a ticket...their techs moved the money. B. |
Fuck sake it is still sitting in pending, wtf is going on there
