No cheap rooms in Amsterdam am afraid

You can rent my apartment in Wormerveer/Zaandam. It's 15-20 minutes from Amsterdam with the train.

Only 1100 Euro's per month.

You can also rent my house in Friesland. 2 hours with a train to Amsterdam.

Only 600 Euro's per month

If you are alone it is usually cheaper to stay in hotel. Unless, maybe, you do not take the whole place, if that is your thing.

Actually, would love to share it with someone. When I was at my very first event, same show in Amsterdam in 2009, than I did this, and my former 'from the forums' roommate and I became Very Good friends. It was 'darksoul' :pimp

A hotel is very different. With airbnb I might get a bicycle [a Must Have for me in Holland - no I am not a retarded tourist on bike who causes trouble/accidents! :pimp] and some sweet actual Amsterdam-lifehacker tips/tricks which you can't get in a hotel.

I am in Amsterdam now. Staying at a HUUUUGE apt near Doppelmart for $110 per night. Matyko you should have told me you could have stayed at my place!! LOL I will be here for six weeks.

AirBnB is the way to go for sure but if yu want close to the Doubletree Hotel, where WMA is, it will be more expensive.

Even if you put your camper (and sleep in it) in an Amsterdam Parking Garage.... that will still cost you about 120 euros a day....:1orglaugh
