Insane Clown Posse Lawsuit Wins Appeal in Suit Against FBI for 'Gang' Designation

A federal appeals court has ruled in favor of the Insane Clown Posse in their bid to get the FBI to remove the Detroit hip-hop duo's followers ? known as "Juggalos" ? from a gang list.

edit after reading it I see they just won the right to go to court that the judge threw out

ICP has accomplished things that a lot of music artists could only dream about.

But this case is bigger than just if you like or hate ICP. It's like calling ALL Raiders fans gang members cause some gang members wear their gear.

You do have a small point about their following. But their following and success is quite unique. If you look at the positive side of their success you might realize there is a good story behind their growth and perseverance.

I'm not the biggest fan or anything and I would never paint myself up. But I can look at their story and see what they had to overcome and gained.
