PAXUM really suck!
 

when my friend created account with paxum.. its really fine.. but i cant understand why they want a lot of info just to verify the account.. then they've rejected her ID because they want to put the exact address in the ID .. its just one word that not matches the whole address.. and ok she sent it.. and now its still rejected because now they want to show the ID with herself in the pic! really suck!! i cant imagine how hassle they do for their account member ! ok learned experience i dont wanna to use paxum in my payout! really annoying .. payoneer still the best! :mad: -- this was credit for my friend experience .. since she doesnt have gfy account ! -.-

In some country there is no adress on the ids at all...

we have it here,, at first they said that she need to resend the ID and edit the address on the paxum, then my friend did it.. still they rejected it for 2nd time and now, they want is to give a pic with herself.. what's the differences.. ?

I dont get it at all.I can't load my account with credit cards.WTF Paxum? Same at Plugrush.WTF? How they run their businesses?

Lots of fake accounts = drastic measures.

I, for one, LOVE the fact that Paxum does such rigorous KYC (Know Your Client) checks. It gives me a lot of confidence that any money I receive is from a legit user. I wish Paypal did the same thing.

In 5 years of using Paxum, we've NEVER had a returned or charged-back payment.

Verification takes long time but PAXUM works fine! :winkwink:

I've used PAXUM for years. I'll be getting the card as soon as I get a (new) Client that pays out using PAXUM. My previous PAXUM client started offering ACH, which I (only) like better.

PAXUM had a big table at InterNext 2016 Meet Market... but the minions that answer "Support" inquiries, during the middle of the night in Canada / US / South America Time Zones, are not as bright.

paxum asks for a lot of info that payo doesn't odd..

That is a standard procedure if you ask me. Just send them the info, and that's it.

paxum works fine by my side, i do not use it much anyway.

no need to wail, payoneer works in the same manner, identity checks and slow/ no response...

I prefer the extra verification.

theres many hoax accounts, its a hassle but they need to do what they have to

Their process for registration must potentially lose them a few customers if it becomes too difficult.

I have been using Paxum for several years with a few minor issues. Two day's ago when I tried to login it said "Account Closed". After waiting for 2 day's for a reply from Paxum, I was sent this...


"Dear ______,

We were notified that this account can no longer remain open, however, you can continue our relation by opening an account with Paxum Bank (PAXUM BANK LIMITED - Personal Banking, Business Banking, Loans, Merchant Accounts, Mass Payout Solutions).

Other details aren't available at the moment. If or when they will be we will provide them for you.

for my site paxum works good just I'm still waiting for paxum payment card allready 6 month, im send message to paxum they say only we have a lot of order and this can take more time.. sory..
so my question is...

Has anyone recently received a paxum payment card?
