Fact: 16,000 CCBill affiliates get 50% of income in rebills
 

Based on SignBucks CCBill affiliate stats.
Once there was a growing trend in affiliate earnings, now it gets down. Rebills were 20% in affiliate income, now it's 50%.

This is not a good sign. I still get ccbill checks and it is only rebills. I am probably not alone.
