Spend tons of time building sites and creating traffic for the "perfect" mainstream sponsor for my traffic that promised 5% commissions that averages out to $15 commission per sale.

1) Sales are being made and I see I am paid 1/2% to 2.3% of sale. Never had a sale where I made more than $3.22 - Told some of their vendors have tighter margins.

2) Ask for list of my commissions by vendor - Told no this is confidential.

3) Page that shows sales and commissions disappears from my control panel. After asking for 2 weeks am told and I quote "I inquired with our corporate office about the "sales" tab and found that it has been removed due to some issues. I'm not sure if and when it will be added back but will keep you posted. Apologies for the inconvenience."

All links, banners and promotional videos I shot distributed across 5 sites have been pulled. Easily a waste of more than 200 hours of my work down the toilet.

What the fuck are they thinking?

Did you check if you could sue them for misrepresentation or other reasons?

Never considered suing them for missrepresentation. Going to take screenshots of their promotional material tomorrow.

These people represent a very very large companies in their market. The biggest names.

Quite honestly the potential market for going up against them as a competitor would be tremendous. They do a ridiculously shitty job in terms of marketing etc.

I would have to team up with somebody that could do a much more sophisticated website and system of aps that's beyond my scope. My name is I know the market backwards and forwards like no one else.

Any customer or partner of yours seeing this may need to reevaluate their relationship with you.

I don't do black hat or illegal things.

The have the word "reserve" in their name, claim they pay 5%, operate east of the Mississippi and Hawaii. That is enough that anyone who uses them that may be on here to know who they are and keep my mainstream and adult worlds "fire walled".

So far no retail customers have ever complained that they were taken advantage of.

Put about 15 minutes this morning into the suing aspect. Lot's of heartache and grief as well as time with a limited payout if I win. I will be going up against a very large company.

The wise move may be to go up against them in 2 of their markets I know very well. The key is I know how to take care of affiliates, what they need and how to service them. They have no clue at all.

I need to figure out a partnership that will work for me, and how to find a partner or raise the money needed which I do not want to pull from my main biz.
