What's the difference a US resident own Payoneer?
 

All person can sign-up a Payoneer account at the official site, but except US resident. Anyone know the reason or the difference? Seem they need the SSN to verify the account. Any additional tax for them using Payoneer?

Only way to get one in the USA is by paying partners,affiliates etc that you link the card to, never had such problems as those say they do with paxum.
