That dude standing on the picnic table got it bad. Is it just me or do those dogs look extremely happy running around wreaking havoc on the nieghborhood?

How the hell does a big firetruck arrive before the police? Did they have to finish their doughnuts first?

Fire trucks almost always arrive before the cops during a three-tier 911 call.

Doesn't seem like they realized what they were doing was wrong. Imagine what their home environment was like. Curious if they were beaten/abused. Also possible they were trained to be aggressive/fight.

Guy with the camera was sort of a busybody.

I'm sometimes the first to criticize police, but he did a good job - didn't shoot it until he had to.

Guaranteed these are two dogs raised by people who shouldn't be raising dogs. They finally got loose and wanted to experience some life.

Good thing the officer didn't shoot the black dog. That would have opened a whole can of worms. #blackdoglivesmatter

Pits are fighters. That's what they do. Labs swim, collies herd, Pits fight. They're also damn great dogs in the right hands, I had one from puppy til his death at 12 or so. The biggest enemy that Pits have, besides gangster type dudes wanting a tough dog, are the people who want to believe that Pits are just cuddly love bugs and nothing else. You want to have a Pit, fine. But you better know what you're getting into and you better be ready to do what it takes to keep both your dog and the public safe. A pit in combat mode is no fucking joke.

Perfectly said. I see so many jackasses walking around with their pits off the leash just to prove to everyone how awesomely well behaved and cut and misunderstood their 60 lbs pitbull is, meanwhile putting everyone at risk.

Whoever did the video better not quit their day job; I had to close it after 6 minutes.

Those dogs were raised to fight or be afraid, and a dogs natural reaction when afraid is to run or fight.

Dog should have been put down with that shot - or a second one.

Taser should have been used way sooner.

All irrelevant as the dogs should be put down. Can't test for rabies on a live dog and no way should that human have to suffer because of those broken dogs.

I am a serious animal lover, but cl;early the owner was not capable and or they are demented.

100% certain the owner was a black guy. Clearly from how the dogs behaved i can see that.

While watching the video, I was concerned the dogs were going to take off and do something very bad very quickly, especially when the black one crossed the street. I think the restraint shown was risky. It would have taken five seconds and those dogs could have completely destroyed someone.

Agreed. He waited as long as he had to and then when the dog became a danger to him (or anyone else) he shot. I felt he had no choice.

But I also felt that they waited a lot longer than they should have. The dogs have shown that they already bit 4 people with no owner to come and control them.

that dog was on PCP or something they shot it and it was still going.
