Believe it or not there are guys (and probably women too) who get off on that sort of thing. Rudeness, being treated like a lowly fool who can "just sit there and wait while I take this call from someone more important than you" etc.

But then there's the times when that's not the case and the cam girl is just being an inconsiderate bitch. There's a definite "don't know don't care" attitude when it comes to cell phone etiquette out there, and not just with cam girls.

They could atleast turn off cam while being on phone, sometimes, it's crazy, you can almost hear the whole conversation.
