Cam Studio Question

I want some models who work for me to signup under me like a studio account and cam on some sites. What's the best way to do this so I make a percentage of whatever they make?

If they "work for you" you may open a studio account, that is different than model referral, each site got different deals. But if they work for you, you may take a % from their payout anyway?
