Tubes who pay for content?

Am I wrong or right that some tubes or sites pay for legal submitted content by views on a video? If so anyone please post some of these sites.

You are in wrong era. The cycle goes, 2006 steal content, 2010 have all traffic and ad money and buy content for peanuts, 2015 all content already bought and time to steal all again.

Content sellers need to wait about 5 more years for cycle to go in their favor. Hint... ultra hd stuff will be valuable in a few.
