Cockpit conversations are never released by law, only transcripts of the same if requested.

also what conversation could there be - they were flying normally and not suspecting anything - then the explosion killed them instantly - there was not even time for "oh, shit"

even the Russians say now it was a BUK, they only argue over where it came from

BUK usually does not kill anybody instantly. The missile flies from above and explodes on the way of the plane (it does not hit it directly). After the explosion the aircraft... continues its flight, and only after about 3 seconds it gets tired into pieces by the air flow. That's how BUK missiles work.

As about MH-17, it doesn't matter who has shot it down by the Ukrainian army supported by NATO or by Ukrainian rebels supported by Russia. In both cases the responsibility is on the Ukraine, because it was a fuckin' war zone. Who in a sane mind will guide a civilian aircraft over it? The missile was launched from the Ukrainian territory and that's officially now.

The report says it exactly: the missile was launched from Snezhy which is located on the Ukrainian territory. Furthermore, on the moment of crash the aircraft was guided by the Ukrainian operators. Look at the world map already, don't be that stupid.

I didn't say that I have some doubts it was BUK. I just mentioned that the missile was launched from the Ukrainian territory and MH17 was guided by the Ukrainian operators. So I have no idea how it could be related to Russia. Blame Ukrainian rebels or Ukrainian army for that (better blame both).

P.S. It's funny when western media call Ukrainians separatists the "Russian rebels". Why don't it calls those CIA-trained Islamists in Syria the "American rebels"? What's the difference?

for the records: I would never say Putin is responsible for this.

Putin is responsible for supplying the people that do not agree with the Ukrainian government (in case "pro-Russian rebel" is the wrong expression) with supplies and "vacationing" personnel. Which he said himself on TV and which was also confirmed by the former Russian (as in: has Russian nationality/passport) rebel leader Strelkov. Who was also pissed that Putin didn't send more weapons - there is a long interview with him about the whole thing.

and I still think the Buk was captured and used by the unhappy folks (aka rebels) from Eastern Ukraine who screwed up - as heard in that radio (phone?) recording that disappeared and shown on video when they searched through the remains of MH17 and were surprised it's a civil plane.

As I said already, the missile moves from above and ahead the target and then explodes. The shrapnel does multiple penetrations in the fuselage which is being teared into pieces by the air flow. There is no conspiracy about it. I also think that MH17 was shot down but BUK. The one which was captured by separatists from the Ukrainian army. But I still can't understand how Russia could be related to that? The Ukrainian army is equipped with BUK systems made in Russia. So what?
